Perfect location for a beach holiday with only a 300 meter walk to the ocean or easy bus access to the Gold Coast Theme Parks such as Movie World, Wet and Wild, Dreamworld plus the local attractions of Surfers Paradise. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is the Gold Coasts biggest. Bus stop is virtually out the front door. This 80 Sq m unit is situated right on the Gold Coast Highway which can be noisy, except that we have double windows in the bedrooms for better sleeping conditions. Lounge has a modern leather lounge and dining room area has a 4 person round wooden table and chairs. Kitchen is roomy with all modern appliances. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Comfortable clean accomodation.
I am a Naturopath working in a local pharmacy. My daughter is an apprentice Hairdresser.
I love the beach and bought this unit so I could be in walking distance.
I am fastidiously clean and tidy and will leave any house swap home better than I found it.
