Bright and sunny and close to the Sunshine Coast beaches.
Our 8-year old home is a two bedroom one office which could be made into a bedroom
2 bath relaxed and casual style residence set in Kawana Forest on the Sunshine Coast.
Our home is a wide open plan, lots of windows,bright and sunny.
Our house consists of a chef's kitchen and swimming pool.
It's a 8 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia.
Close proximity to great restaurants, movie theatres,shopping centres,beaches and golf all within 5 to 10 minutes drive.
The sunny coast boast's great weather combined with world class vacation activities, such Aussie world,magic Noosa ,Coolum, Mooloolaba and the beautiful hinterlands.
We have two mountain bikes and one cruiser available to use on the near by bike tracks as well as surf boards.
Heading to USA on the 6th of September and are looking for a weeks exchange in New York.
