A Victorian home in the hip suburb of Prahran..minutes to Chapel St and tram on the corner into the city (15-20mins). Walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and shopping.
The house is 3 bedroom - one master double, a kids room and a loft with fold out bed. The rear of the house opens out to a small entertainment garden with BBQ and table and chairs.
The house is located right on the border of Prahran and Armadale. Within walking distance or 5 mins on tram to Chapel St - known as one of Melbourne's best shopping streets and packed with an array of restaurants, cafes and bars. See: http://www.chapelstreet.com.au/
We are right on the transport line for trams into the city. The stop is on the corner of the street and trams go approx. every 10 mins.
We are a family of three, with a little boy of four years. We both run our own businesses consulting. We travel a lot and as our family lives overseas we are always looking to get to NZ, South Africa and London.
“We arranged a swap with Nadine and Dave so that we could go to the Derby and Melbourne Cup (bucket list). Nadine was a great communicator and everything went very smoothly. The location was great, so easy to catch the tram and we walked to many great shopping precincts including the Prahran Markets. To top it off, we had a few small wins at the races!!
