Our Architect Designed home was built in 2006 in the Scotch Hill precinct of Hawthorn about 5km from the Melbourne CBD. The house provides three bedrooms, master with en suite, two and a half bathrooms, spectacular kitchen living area overlooking a leafy rear yard. There are also formal lounge and dining areas. The home is brilliantly located for the visitor to Melbourne to access many of the city's features including the City, the MCG, Rod Laver Arena (Aus open tennis), the Arts centre, St Kilda Beach all by single section tram trips. Shopping in Glenferrie Road Hawthorn and Bourke Road Camberwell are also comfortable walking distance.

“My daughter and I stayed at this property from 8th - 25th January, 2016. Upon arrival we were met personally by the owners who were both delightful. The house was everything which was advertised and more, we loved every moment of our stay. The trams were very convenient at the end of the road and ran regularly. There was a great restaurant also at the end of the road where we enjoyed a great lunch on arrival and breakfast during our stay. There is also a restaurant for dinner there which was always busy with a great atmosphere. Thank you Malcolm and Kate for making our points stay so wonderful and easy. Margot and Jessica.”
