“We had the very best stay at Jennifer’s fabulous house in at Kilda. A short walk to the beach and shops and the world’s best coffee but even better than that was the huge garden right in the middle of St Kilda. A peaceful piece of heaven. We would definitely love to stay there again. ”
“It's been a long time since we stayed in this house in St Kilda but it was such a lovely home swap that I am (finally) writing a review :) The charming old house is in a fabulous location right near St Kilda amenities and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. We stayed with family and felt comfortable and relaxed. There is a fantastic book collection to peruse! Recommend!”

“Wow , Wow Wow. Jenny's mansion is simply stunning . We spent 5 days there and loved every minute of it . There was just so much space and tasteful luxury. The rooms were so comfortable. The kitchen was every cooks dream. I loved sitting in the garden and watching the birds flirting around. The location is so convenient to everything . We went to the pier to see the lovely little penguins twice . You could just walk there. We had a great time cycling on the waterfront. Jenny was so good at her communications and detailed in her instructions and helpful notes. Ian the manager was so kind and helpful. We were so lucky to have this swap thank you Jenny and thanks to Love Home swap. The best thing since slice bread.”
“We had a wonderful time at Jennifer's beautiful house. The house is perfectly located in the very picturesque area of St Kilda. Tramway is conveniently located at 5mns from Jennifer's house and takes you to all major places in Melbourne. We were lucky to have a great weather and enjoy meals in the superb garden. Communication has been very easy with Jennifer and Ian, her manager on-site.They were very helpful. From Jennifer's place, we visited also the Great Ocean Rd, an absolute must-do. And went and saw the pinguins on St Kilda's wharf. Highly enjoyed also the Hosier St Street art, the National Museum (great historic section), the vibrant Fitzroy area, the Puffing Billy ride and drinks by the Yarra river close to Federation Square. ”

We are a couple (no children) who love travelling, eating and hiking! We have done over 80 home exchanges over the past 15 years (via this platform and others). We think it is a fabulous way of travelling and meeting people. Pre-covid, I managed a personal record of 15 swaps in 2019.
We are both writers: Jonathan specialises in cars, Jenny dabbles in travel.
We are currently spend our time between Bonnieux (Provence, France) and Melbourne (Australia). We often travel with like-minded friends.
