Our home is set within an attractive streetscape in one of Melbourne’s best suburbs, Malvern.
The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a king single bed & trundle and the third with a single bed and trundle. All rooms have built in robes and are of a generous size. There are 2 bathrooms one with a bath.
The large open plan living dining/ kitchen area has an open fire place and extends through full double doors to a wooden deck, then down to a large backyard.
The private backyard has a gorgeous solar/heated pool with glass safety fence and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. There is an outdoor setting overlooking the swimming pool which is heavenly for BBQ’s on warm summer nights.
Other extras in the backyard are a trampoline, mounted basketball ring and an outside garden shed with bicycles (4)
Hydronic heating and evaporative air-conditioning keep the house comfortable no matter what the weather.
Our home couldn’t be better positioned. The train is a short 5 minute walk, the tram is at the end of the street, and the Glenferrie Rd precinct a short 5 minute walk, boasts eateries, shops, supermarkets and great coffee, infact anything you might need!

We are a family of 4, born and bred in Melbourne. Our two daughters are 13 & 10 and are quickly growing in to confident, polite young women.

We are a sporty family and love to combine our holidays with a bit of adventure. Skiing is a passion and we would love to experience as many ski destinations as we can. Being from Australia we also love the beach and being outdoors and are attracted destinations that can offer these things. One of our dreams would be to experience a white Christmas! Our ideal time for travel would be during the Australian school holidays and our long break is from the beginning of December to the end of January (which would be our preference). As our house is our prime residence the exchange would need to be simultaneous. This would be our first homeswap experience; we would be happy to hear from anyone interested, and similarly answer questions or send more photographs. We love our home and take care of it as we would yours.
