Constructed in 2008, Spacious with high ceilings and open plan living, containing separate Bathroom and toilet ensuite for each bedroom. House has NE aspect with gentle breezes all year round. Bedrooms have air con, Flat screen TV, mod decor,built in robes,and most have water views.There are 2 kitchens,bar and games room, spa, lap pool,large dining area, cable TV , double garage with remote, 4 undercover balconies,with ocean views predominant throughout. For easy access throughout the house we have a Lift with entrances on Ground, First & Second floors, with maximum capacity of 3 people. A car may be available. This house is situated among the most prestigious homes in the Coffs area. Located 180m from beach with direct access, some wonderful headland walkways and adjacent to Pacific bay golf course. Coffs Harbour is considered the tourist capital of NSW north coast. One Bedroom we close off & use for storage.

Coffs Harbour is outdoor living at it's best. The climate is superb all year round, our winter's are mild. Because we are sub tropical, we can get heavy rain from time to time . Our Beaches & Hinterland is beautiful, & presents vast comparisons of things to see & do. For example, you can Surf at the Beach, canoe in the Creeks & Waterways, Visit Rainforest & Wetland areas, or take on our walking tracks through both Coastal or Hinterland environments.
There are Theatres both for Movies & Stage Plays, Restaurents & Clubs in The Jetty area, CBD, Park Beach , Korora & Sawtell, & cater for all nationalities
Byron Bay, Grafton,Yamba , Urunga, Dorigo, South West Rocks & Port Macquarie are no more than a 2 hour drive in any direction. There is plenty to do, whether indoors or outdoors.
