Grand 4 x 2 with pool

Our home was originally built in the early 90's and is situated high on a hill at the end of a culdesac. We have recently built a Granny flat in the pool yard for my mother, though it is quite separate to the main house. Our home has a open planned kitchen with dishwasher. A large entertainment area with BBQ, ideal for being together as a family. A large swimming pool to keep the children entertained and the rest of you cool. Speaking of cool, there is a ducted Reverse Cycle airconditioners too! Bikes, table tennis, Kayaks and children's scooters - take a cycle along the beautiful beach front, take the kayaks for a leisurely row along the beach or just take yourself and the children to the local parks, many of which are walking distance away from our house. Our house backs onto a bushland area, great for keeping the kids away from busy roads and walking dogs. There is a Playstation 4 and a Wii with many games to occupy the kids at times. Our neighbours are friendly and we tend to look out for one another.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite with toilet, along with a TV/DVD. The second room also has a queen bed, while the third and fourth rooms have single beds.

We have got stretcher beds if you have more than 6 people. Toys for approx. 3 years up to teenage available on request.

Sorrento Quay is a fabulous place to visit to find souvenirs or just to sit and enjoy the beach-side view at one of the several cafes/restaurants or perhaps you'd like to try your hand at fishing? Take the ferry over to Rottnest Island from here, where you can get a selfie with a quokka or cycle around enjoying the beaches and spectacular but serene views. Meet the friendly quokkas that call Rottnest their home.

A large shopping centre with everything you would want is only minutes away by car or a 10 minute stroll.

There is a Bus stop within 5 minutes walk from our house, this will take you to the train station, Whitford Shopping Center, Joondalup, Perth city or Historic Fremantle.

We do have 2 cats and a dog living in the house. The dog would most probably have a sleepover at Nanna's if you were to come stay. However the cats would stay and have access to the house through a pet door, we'd have someone living in the granny flat to feed them.

Whatever you fancy, I think our home would cover most of them!
