Our home is brand new . It has been architecturally designed and built with Love . The home is very light and bright featuring a 4 meter skylight in the kitchen and a skylight overhead in the shower ... making it feel like you are showering outdoors . French oak floor boards and a unique handcrafted Indian vanity give the home a casual feel . There is full driveway access with undercover parking right at the front door .
With any Points swap there will be a AUD $120 cleaning fee . Also points swaps during high season are only available Sunday -Friday.

“We loved staying at Angies Property, it is nestled amongst beautiful native trees with the is constant song of cicadas and an amazing breeze from the ocean. It is superbly located, 5 mins walk to the beach, sleeping at night was so quiet and star gazing amazing! Angie was super kind and caring of our stay and I cannot recommend their beautiful property for a wonderful Margaret River experience.”
“Angie’s lovely house is in such a great location- peaceful and yet so close to the gorgeous Gnarabup beach and cafe. Great little pub with good bar food, also within walking distance. Loved exploring the Margaret River area with some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. The house is very stylish, simple, light and airy, very comfortable for us as a couple. Very well equipped for our weeks stay. Although we never met Angie, our communication was excellent and she was most helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests. Thank you Angie - we would love to return one day- what better recommendation could there be!”

The home is a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous swimming beach and cafe .There is also a great walking track that takes you all the way to The surfing Point and the River Mouth.
At the beach is the well known White Elephant Cafe which has great food. Stand Up paddle boards can also be hired from here .
The Common is a great local bar and restaurant only a couple of minutes walk from my home . Its great for when you can't be bothered cooking. We always walk there but you may need a torch to get home as there are no street lights.
Close by is the Prevelly shop which is the closest milk and bread stop. Next door to that is Sea Garden , which is another great spot to Eat , drink and watch the sun set.
Visit the many wineries and breweries , take a helicopter ride, explore the caves and many bush walks or simply shop till you drop in Margaret River.
