30 - 40 minute drive to Sydney CBD, 20 minute drive to Manly, 20 minute drive to Sydney's exclusive Palm Beach, 45 minute drive to Sydney International / Domestic Airports and a 90 minute drive to the Blue Mountains.

Our suburb is quiet, friendly and very safe.

We regularly use the local beaches and lake for walking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, surfing and swimming. All the local beaches are patrolled daily by professional surf life guards. We are also located nearby to several first class golf courses (eg: Long Reef, Mona Vale, Bayview).

There are also plenty of parks and reserves in the neghbourhood and local region which are suitable for childrens play, picnics, bushwalking and riding.

We are a young professional couple with three children looking to travel to Steamboat Colorado for a ski holiday with our next door neighbours. They are a family of 4 and will also be listing their property.

We are looking to find a house swap that could possibly accommodate the 9 of us, alternatively 2 separate homes in the same neighbourhood. We are hoping to travel in January 2010 for 3 - 4 weeks.

Our thoughts are to swap the beautiful Sydney summer for the Colorado winter!!

Our three children attend the nearby primary school and are involved in numerous local activities. We are also involved in various clubs and organisations within our social community.
