Acerca de nuestra casa

The house has 3 Bedrooms -one with an en-suite plus a second bathroom with a shower & toilet which is close to the Laundry. There is also a Lounge and seperate Family room with TV/Video/DVD. The Dining area is another room adjoining the open-plan kitchen.
There is a garage at the rear plus space for 2 more cars at the front.
Our house is occupied by just the 2 of us (husband, Roger & myself), who both work full-time, no children or pets but both are welcome.

We are situated very near to a station that will take you 3 minutes to get to the City and Night-life, and are approx: 15 mins from the 'Ocean' by car and a short walk to the Swan River.
The area is extremely quiet. If you walk to the River, there is a park where you will meet 'the locals'. At the bottom of our street, there is a small "deli" where you can purchase last minute lunches & drinks.
