Beautiful Rural Retreat

We are a family of five living in the Hunter Valley of NSW, Australia. Our home is approx 165 years old with many modern udpates (inc self contained flat attached to the main house). The home is situated amongst manicured gardens (we have a gardener), part of 60 acres of cattle grazing farmland and is on the picturesque Williams River. We are walking distance to the quaint township of Dungog with lovely antique shops, cafes and friendly people. Dungog is one hour from the world renowed vineyards and restaurants of the Hunter Valley; one hour from the glorious beaches of Newcastle, 2 hours from Sydney and is nestled in the foothills of beautiful Barrington Tops National Park, perfect for picnicing and bushwalking.
We have a cat, Charlie who would need feeding daily.
The home has many bedrooms, including a sweet baby nursery. There are several living spaces with log fires, a billiard room, formal lounge, kids play room. The home can easily accommodate two families.
