Our beautifully presented townhouse is minutes from the beach in sunny Coffs Harbour

Our two storey two bedroom townhouse is located in a block of 7. The house has a large main bedroom with balcony, and newly renovated, very modern, kitchen and bathroom. The large downstairs area opens into a private front and back coutyard. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and there is a toilet downstairs. Our home is very neat and easy to maintain.

Our neighbours are very friendly and our neighbourhood is a safe and pleasant place to live. The shops are only a short walk away, as is beautiful park beach which is patrolled. Coffs is a coastal town with many tourist activities and a friendly atmosphere. Cheap domestic flights are available to Sydney and Brisbane.

My wife (Ashleigh) and I have swapped houses successfully within Australia before, but would like to have a holiday over seas. Our daughter Miranda is 8 months old and an absolute delight.

I am a Science teacher at a secondary school, and Ashleigh is a Psychologist, when not being a full time mum! We both enjoy travel and the outdoors, as well as playing to piano and music in general. We are a tidy friendly family.
