Great little house clean and tidy with jarrah floors. Well looked after garden. Vegetable garden, outdoor settings, powered shed, barbecue, pizza oven etc. Walk 1.5 km through forest reserve to beach where the dolphins frolic, drive 50 minutes to Margaret River WA's premium wine region, want a job.........all professions and trades catered for in city or surrounding areas with employers desperate for skilled workers.

Bunbury. Largest regional city in WA. Has everthing Perth has without the traffic jams and stress. Home is 1.5 km walk through forrest reserve to beautiful private beach. Heaps of employment in town all trades and professions.

Jamie the lawyer and wife Sam the teacher. Keen cooks and gardeners. Love the beach life. Avid readers. Sci-fi for Jamie. All book shelves filled to capacity with sci-fi, general and cook books. Relax in the back or front yard with a Margaret River wine, perhaps stroll to the beach....
