There is a lounge room, family room, dining room and office. Easy to maintain with cleaner and gardner available. An automatic Honda Accord vehicle is available. No smoking in either house or car and we have no pets.

Victoria Point is a south-eastern suburb of Brisbane situated on Moreton Bay midway between Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast. There is a small shopping centre across the road and bus travel is easily accessible – travelling to Brisbane takes about an hour by bus a little less by car. Our major shopping centre with cinema and restaurants is about 3 km away. Victoria Point has very pleasant walking areas along the Bay and there are Bay Islands worth visiting. The Gold Coast with excellent beaches is an easy 50 minute drive south and theme parks about 30 minutes drive. The Sunshine Coast is north of Brisbane, which has magnificent beaches as well as Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo is an easy day trip

We are a couple in our early sixties. Rod, is a solicitor and Donna, his secretary and we work in a small legal firm. We have 3 adult children, 2 of whom are living in London. Rod interests include full bore rifle shooting in local and international events and Donna is a keen patchwork and quilting enthusiast.
