Acerca de nuestra casa
Our beautiful home is located in Annandale, in the inner-west area of Sydney. It is a two-level house on a large block of land.
There are four bedrooms, one containing a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds and french doors opening to a balcony. In the third bedroom is a single bed and a child's cot and the fourth bedroom is used as a study and has a pull out couch which sleeps two.
The main bathroom contains a shower, a bath and a WC and there is a third individual WC.
Downstairs is a gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar and an expansive open plan living and dining room.
The living area opens to a landscaped, modern garden with a solar heated swimming pool and barbecue.
Annandale is a vibrant area of Sydney, which although being so central to the CBD is still filled with grassy parks and playgrounds. There are numerous cafes and restaurants to eat in and three small supermarkets to choose from.
