Architectural designed family home

We have a beautiful 4 bedroomed designer house with views of Pelican Lagoon. There is open plan living, dining and designer kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate laundry downstairs. A further 2 bedrooms and separate lounge are upstairs, leading on to a large balcony. The master suite upstairs has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and views of the water. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds; the remaining bedroom has a queen bed. Outdoor dining area, gas bbq, wood burning pizza oven, fish filleting shed and wood burning fire make this home a great all year round escape. The house is on a double block where there are often rare Glossy Black Cockatoos to be found eating in the Casuarinas. It is quiet but close to amenities.

We have 3 hybrid bikes and one road bike, tennis racquets, cricket set, beach gear and fishing rods to keep you entertained as well as many board games and jigsaws for evenings and quiet days inside. There is also a range of eskies and a picnic hamper to fill on your day trips. The house is in a small town, but there are some good eating out options. You can eat or buy local oysters and other seafood or enjoy a couple of restaurants or even the local community 'shed'. There is also a cafe on the wharf open during the day for a nice cup of coffee and lunch. American River has a small grocery, petrol, bait shop, tennis courts with a view, play areas, bbqs and some lovely walks. There is a jetty set up to fish from and you can rent kayaks locally to explore Pelican Lagoon which is a protected bird sanctuary.
