Large house and garden in beautiful Adelaide, South Australia

Our house is fully detached on a 1/4 acre block (the Australian dream!). We have a beautiful garden with green lawn- perfect for children to play in. The house is light and airy with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a separate formal dining room overlooking the garden and a small study. The living area is large and includes the kitchen and living room with windows giving a view of the garden. The house is very comfortable and spacious.

There is a dishwasher, cooker and oven, washing machine and dryer and computer with printer.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and the house is a short distance from the centre of Adelaide - easily accessible by car, bike or bus. The beach is also only a 10 minute drive away. There are nearby parks, tennis courts, playgrounds and swimming pools.

We are a family of 3. Myself and my husband are in our mid-thirties and we have a 5 year old son. My husband works for the government of South Australia in indigenous affairs and I am a flamenco dancer and dance teacher. I have my own dance studio and small company. I am also undertaking a postgraduate Bachelor of Education. Our son has recently started school and is loves to play cricket and other Australian sports! He also learns flamenco dance.
