Acerca de nuestra casa

We offer a beautiful and comfortable house inside the ski resort Cerro Castor. It has a unique view of the skiing slopes, the valley and the mountains. Very nice and cossy living room with a confortable fireplace, an open kitchen that overlooks to the dining room and the terrace (deck). A jacuzzi for 6 people. 1 master bedroom with bathroom included in the upper level, 2 bedrooms and 1 separate WC and toilet It also has a sofa bed at the living room fits 1-2 people.
A lot of activities to do, hiking, bicicling, bird watching, beaver damps. Very quiet and nice for families or a group of friends.
I love spending time at my home with family and friends.
On the other hand we also have a 90m2 apartment in Buenos Aires in one of the most beautiful areas of the capital, called Puerto Madero. It is on a 29th floor with an entire view of the city and river (La Plata), the complex has 3 swimming pools (25 m each), sauna, gym, a lot of green area. A lot of nightlife around, easy and safe to walk at night and day. You don't need a car in Buenos aires it is easy and cheap to take a taxi.

We are Michelle and Gaston, we have a 3 years old daughter. I'm venezuelan, my husband argentinian (ex national champion in alpine skiing form many years) and my daughter was born in the US. We are both proffesionals and love skiing and the outdoors. We love traveling every year diferent places around the world. We have never done home exchange before but we want to give it a try. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellows exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Ushuaia, Argentina.

Situaded in a picturesque area just infront of skiing slopes, valley and mountains. Only 26 km. away from the southwest city in the world, called Ushuaia. Easy to get around with a rented car or taxi. Very quiet enviorement. With a nice restaurant only at walking distance, which it's famous for their good lamb. Famous people had stayed in and the house has been rented for a lot of tv productions. A lot of light and very comfortable to be around.
