Acerca de nuestra casa

Our home is located on over a half acre of lakefront, nestled on the shores of Lago Moreno, in its own secluded bay.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is over 2,400 square feet and is a beautiful, open floor plan that offers gorgeous views from a majority of the rooms. It has about 200 feet of coastline and beautiful sandy beach, something that is a rare find among the shores of Bariloche. It also has its own dock, offering easy accessibility to the water. There is also a one-bedroom casita-guest house with a bathroom and studio kitchen.
The property is more than a half acre, fully landscaped, receives all day sun, and is very private.

We live in Colorado seven months of the year and split the remaining time between our home in Bariloche and our sailboat. If you are interested in trading for our Boulder house (see the last three photos that are posted), We can easily arrange a non-simultaneous trade.

Where is it?

Our home is located 18 kilometers from Bariloche's city center, on the Cirquito Chico. The Cirquito Chico is the route from which the classic photos of the area are taken. The Nahuel Haupi National Park is five minutes from the house. We love the hiking, biking, water sports, and living outside of Bariloche, the northern most provence of Patagonia. Bariloche has several sister cities-Aspen, CO and St. Moritz, Switzerland are two of them. The flora and bird life continue to amaze us!
