Acerca de nuestra casa

My apartment (second home) is located on the 8:th floor in a new building, located in the trendy district of Palermo Hollywood, Buenos Aires. This is the topfloor. There is a small pool on top of the building. The apartment has a bedroom, livingroom with american kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a wonderfull view. During spring/summer the terrace works like an extra room. The terrace comes with furnitures and an awning operated by a remote controlor a wheatherstation for sun and wind. The apartment has big windows in both rooms, facing both front (with terrace) and back. Designer furnitures, double bed (150 cm) + sofabed, air-condition in both rooms, internet, computer, cable-TV, plasma TV, entertainment-system etc. My maid stops by the apartment on thursdays for cleaning and change of linnen. The building has a "portero" daytime. It is only two blocks from the subway that will take you fast to downtown. Available all year (since it is my second home) for the right trade, se my wishlist.

I am swedish. I work as an anesthesiologist/intensivist at the cardiothoracic department, Karolinska Hospital. I am based in Stockholm (the capital)and live alone. I will be traveling alone or with a friend. Since my apartment in Buenos Aires is my second home I am flexible with the exchange period. I don't have much time for travel to other destinations so exchanges has to be in: NYC, Spain, Rio de Janeiro for this year.

If you want to visit Buenos Aires, this is a perfect place for two people. The neigborhood called Palermo Hollywood, all filmstudios/TV-studios are located here, has a range of the best restaurants in the city; Olsen, Tegui, Osaka, Dashi, Sudestada.... You always end up in Palermo (Soho or Hollywood) if you want to visit nice restaurants and shops. Palermo has lots of charm and not much traffic. Very green. Mostly low buildings. My apartment is only two blocks away from the subway although taxis are very cheap in Bs As. For my, Buenos Aires is the latin New York, but better looking and with more charm! Come and visit!
