Mine is a very modern and luminous apartment with a splendid view and centrally located 50 mts from main Avenue. The neighbourhood is one of the most affluent and beautiful in the city, but at the same time offers a chilled bohemian scene with many small cafés and bistrós. The river (the Rio de la Plata, widest river on the planet) is just 10 blocks away, and it's perfect for walks, jogging, bike riding or just grab some drinks. It's the 8th (and last) floor so you'll get the perks of a real penthouse!
