The apartment has 1 bedroom, with a big king size bed, and a huge sofa that can easily and comfily fit 2 more to stay.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to make a nice dish, having many grocery stores in the same block, a supermarket is at the first floor of the building.
The apartments is in a 2nd floor, backside, very quiet and fast to get in and out. Has a parking right crossing the street.
Two A/C in the property gives you the wished temperature quickly.
Its located at the best area, has access to many bars downstairs, very safe, and parking right in front. Minutes walking to the main attractions of the city.
Pets are allowed but strictly care of the furniture and the sounds.
Neighbors are very friendly and building has a daytime manager also very nice.

Nueva Cordoba is a students area, has many bars walking distance from building’s gate, many literally many coffee shops, very very cheap if you come from abroad. Very close to the main bus station, you can easily walk to visit another locations, as mountains and hills. Have museums with different schedules and shoppings.
