Where is it?
Vecindario
San Telmo is one of the city's oldest neighborhoods; originally the wealthiest families lived there. As a result of that you can find a lot of colonial houses walking by the cobbled paved streets.
Today is a place that you can easily relate to Tango, either going to Plaza Dorrego to see the street artists or to a place like El Viejo Almacen to see a show and have dinner.
Walking through the area you can find museums, antique shops, old churches and Plaza Dorrego that has a fair.
When you arrive you can sense the bohemian style, art galleries are equally
mixed with street artists and tango and Murga dancers.
Is a good touristic point because is near Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, La Boca, Downtown and Obelisco.
