It's an apartment block from 1925, and has no major reforms on the outside or in the apartment itself. It's a ground floor, but slightly elevated (up a flight of about 20 steps). There are two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, entrance hall, kitchen and service rooms. There is a nice marble fireplace, and the main bathroom also has marble walls and floor.
The apartment is in a very nice neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, near many tourist attractions, two blocks away from a train station and lots of buses and even the metro. There are parks nearby, and is close to the fine arts museum, art galleries, and the best shopping streets in the city. I've lived in this neighbourhood all my life.
We are a couple who has recently moved in together, I'm an engineer and my girlfriend is a publicist, and we both work for multinational companies. We are in our late 20's, and despite our very different professions have interests in common, such as art and travelling.
