We have lived for many years in the States and Europe and moved into this house when we returned to Argentina in 1999. Our house is luminous and very comfortable and has all the modern conveniences.
The building has 24 hour security and can be accessed only through a security check.
Cleaning services can be included twice a week.
There are many supermarkets and retail groceries and fresh produce stores that can deliver upon a phone call.

We are two blocks from the Palermo lakes and Rose Gardens (el Rosedal). We are walking distance from high quality restaurants, small boutiques, bars and cafes.
We are one block away from a main thoroughfare (Avenida Libertador) but yet our block is quiet, green and leafy.
We are 15 taxi minutes from the downtown theater district, and other more alternative neighborhoods.
We are also 10 minutes away from the city airport used for all domestic destinations.
