Acerca de nuestra casa
Our loft is located in Palermo Soho and is a few blocks away from many wonderful restaurants, cafes, boutiques and home design stores. The loft is attractive and modern and can fit two people very comfortably. We have an air matress there so three people could fit as well however it would not be as comfortable. It is furnished with brand new furniture. The home has a king sized bed, 1 ½ bathrooms, a terrace, two work-desks wired with high-speed cable modem, and a printer. There is also a 29-inch Sony TV, DVD, a stereo, yoga mats and yoga DVDs. The loft is inappropriate for small children. The bed is on the top level and the living/dining room and kitchen are on the bottom level. Our loft has been featured a few times in Argentine design/architecture magazines. This is a 2nd home. We do not rent it out.

Long considered "the Paris of South America", Buenos Aires is a modern, beautiful, exciting city with many things to do - especially for those interested in walking (through parks, villages, outdoor fairs and shopping areas), eating good food and wine, shopping, enjoying the tango, and people watching. Palermo Soho is similar to Greenwhich Village or Soho in New York City the with respect to environment, style and feel and is home to some of Buenos Aires' best shopping and eating. Palermo Soho (also called Palermo Viejo) is our favorite part of town because it is filled with old centenarian houses that have beautiful workmanship and are not very tall - - therefore when you walk around you do not feel like you are in a big city with tall buildings and loud traffic. There are many small parks in Palermo Soho and many of the city's designers and artisans call it their home. The area is going through a major gentrification process right now and some of the cities most expensive real estate and exciting remodeling projects can be found here.
