Recycled in 2017, we designed our home comfortable and functional to enjoy with our family of five. Warm in winter (it has individual underfloor heating) and cool in summer, the apartment is very cozy all year round. Our home is also an oasis in the middle of the city since it has a large quiet patio full of green to enjoy a delicious barbecue, drink mate or simply hang out playing with kids. In summer you can also put together an inflatable pool to enjoy with the little ones. Located in Belgrano R neighborhood, you can easily move around the city by train, subway, bus or bike to know all its tourist attractions. You can find bus stops on Cramer Avenue one block away where you can also get lots of commercial stores to buy what ever you need. You can walk three blocks away to the center of Belgrano R and its rail station or seven blocks away to the subway station José Hernandez, Line D, on Cabildo avenue to reach what ever point of the city you want to visit. You can also join the eco trend and take a bike in Plaza Castelli, next to the rail station to move around de city.
We are a family with three children (twins of 5 and a baby of 1)
We are designers and we are passionate about art, design and culture
We want to show our children the world and all the cultures we can
Welcome to Belgrano R. The "R" stands for "Residential", the most beautiful residential area of Buenos Aires, more than famous Recoleta. You can take the opportunity to have a walk with your family through its tree lined streets to discover architectural expressions of the highest Argentine society, a place of large mansions, embassies and traditional palaces like the Hirsch Palace in front of Plaza Castelli. We recommend Melian, Los Incas and Forest avenues to do diferente walking tours at all time during the day or at night. You don´t have to worry about nothing while your are walking because it is one of the most secure places of the city.
The neighbourhood gets its name from the train station that is only three blocks away. From there you can get to Retiro in less than 20 minutes and have a walk through the center of Buenos Aires breathing its Parisian essence or visit its newest neighborhood: Puerto Madero. You can also get off at intermediate stops to visit the Palermo neighborhood, the trendiest place in the city or the largest forests that bear its name. If you take the train to the other side, you will arrive at Tigre, a beautiful place outside the capital to ride a boat, spend the day on a recreation spot on one of the many island in the Paraná river delta or access the attractions of the Parque de la Costa, ideal for children. You can also visit the Casino on an outing without children. And if you want to live like one more inhabitant of the Belgrano R, I recommend that you visit Plaza Castelli, the square next to the station, where you can enjoy excellent dining options at all hours and for all tastes: delicious breakfasts at Tea Connection or Maru Botana (renowned Argentine pastry chef), Grill well Argentine in Olegario, Pizzas and pastas in Croxi, Signature food in Joli, a classic well irish and family pub food in DownTown Matias or a coffee in El Torreón, a classic Argentine coffee shop . And if you feel like an Ice Cream, Emedé is waiting for you. Also, if you want to discover places for young couples or group of friends, the new breweries and burgers on El Cano avenue are a great option: Delcano, Cervelar, Alvarez, The Oldest, Mi Barrio and Temple Craft. If what you need is something sweet you don´t have to miss Rapa Nui, a chocolate store also located on El Cano avenue, great to have an ice-cream or a coffee with chocolates. There you will discover why Bariloche is so famous for it´s chocolate industry. And what about french food in a romantic atmosphere? Fleur de Sel, three block away, on La Pampa street is waiting for you. Come on, let´s try Buenos Aires, the European Capital of Latin America is waiting you and Belgrano R neighbourhood is a great opportunity to do it in a perfect family, relax, cozy and trendy plan.
